How it works
Firstly, have a look in the shop for a kit that you like. If you can't find anything there, have a look at the commission's page and what would suit your kit's needs! From there you can purchase the tier of your choosing and find the details to get your kit design underway.
OKAY BUT, WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
The process is very simple.
1. You decide on a shirt that you want me to embroider (whether it's a vintage one from your collection or a new one that was released last week).
2. You choose the commission tier you want.
3. Purchase the tier from my shop page.
4. Once your order goes through - I will be in touch via email regarding the address to send the shirt to and plan your design.
*You can leave the design up to me and my creative freedom.
**Or you can check out the Lookbook page / my IG page for any specific designs that you liked previously and I will try to incorporate them.
***However, feel free to suggest any specific design elements that will make your shirt more personal and bespoke (such as a favourite flower(s), number, symbols, family crest, etc).
Are there any other sizes of the shirts?
All available sizes will be indicated on the product's page. If your size is not listed on there, you can always send your shirt to me and I will create the same design for you as a commission piece.
I don't see my team in your shop, do you accept commissions?
I'm currently not accepting new commissions.
Once they are open again...If you would like a bespoke kit customised just for you, I can definitely get that done.

Will there be more shirts available to purchase?
Yes! Currently working on releasing the next collection ahead of spring/summer 2024. If you have any team suggestions, do let me know!
Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders are shipped with Tracked Delivery. You will be emailed your tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yep, I ship internationally.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. My pieces are individually handmade by one person and quality-checked before shipment. Unfortunately, I am unable to accept returns unless the product is visibly faulty. In the rare case of receiving a faulty item, please email me within 3 days of delivery: firstname.lastname@example.org and I will do my best to rectify the issue.
Do you offer exchanges?
As all items are one-of-a-kind I'm unable to offer exchanges.
